Hotmail has an updated website and Hotmail Help Center.

At the Help Center you will not only find How-to articles like for example:

• Get mail from other email accounts in Hotmail
• Add contacts from other services
• Use different fonts and create a signature
• Chat from your inbox

But you will also find solutions to your Hotmail problems such as:

• Why is my account temporarily blocked?
• Forgotten password or other problems signing in
• What should I do if my account has been hacked?

So go on check it out, there is something for everybody, not just for those having troubles with the service!
