I joined LiveSide on day 3, having met the LiveSiders through a number of MSN betas, and the Microsoft MVP and Butterfly programs.  An MVP for 3 years, and a Microsoft fan for a lot longer than that, I've dabbled with computers and software since the days of punchcards.  Never a developer, but always an enthusiast, I'm slowly learning his way around HTML, ASP.Net, and the basics of web development, and enjoying the heck out of it.

In real life I am as far removed from the world of technology as can be, having spent a long career in kitchen management and operations, and am currently working part time as a private cook at a private university here in Seattle.
