&lt;p&gt;as of 4am BST June 29th bing.im still have there site up with returning by end of 2009 promising a &amp;#39;better version of bing&amp;#39; and &amp;nbsp;promoting peoplesound for the meantime.They also no longer moving as they removed &amp;#39;we changing name soon to blinko&amp;#39; references)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;bing.im would be an ideal site for Bing Messenger :)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;it is way easier to use than windows live web messenger IMO :\ , at least for me, as I don&amp;#39;t have a hotmail account (I use my yahoo mail address to sign in to the windows live id service), so having to sign in to windows live people and having to stick to that website in order for me to receive IMs, it&amp;#39;s really not that comfortable.&lt;/p&gt;
