Based on what I know of the architecture of Media Center, the inner workings of that group, and those official posts, it should just appear as an option. Also, comment on the official post to get your feedback heard by the team so they can learn to include such info next time.

Something only TechFlash answered so far, that includes LiveSide, is that Media Center Extenders cannot access this functionality. They propose that this could be a strategy tax to keep Xbox LIVE Gold subscribers, as you could just use the 360 as an extender and not pay for Gold otherwise.

How are we suppose to get this as part of Windows Media?

Is it just supposed to automagically appear under TV+Movies, can you get it from www.netflix.com, or do you need to hit Windows Update to get it?
