This doesn't work with regular Live IDs, so unless you're a developer, probably best to give this a miss until its fully supported in the future.

Not the same database of user as in the one used for Windows Live services it seems.

Interesting. I did expect this at some point, but not so soon. Good for the Windows Live ID team.
