Thanks damaster. Strange tho..one should say if sorting on Categories it should be there as well....

As it is now a Group is handled as a contact (put into category Groups) unless you organize on Categories, then it becomes a Category (one you can IM, as opposed to regular Categories) not a contact....and the Category called Groups, once visible when one had no Groups and visible when sorting on Online status, vanishes....

Groups form a "category" of it's own when you have chosen to view your contact list to be organised by Categories.

If you organise your contact list by online status, you will see a category called "Groups" and below it you'll find a list of all your Groups that you are part of.
