Introducing LiveSide’s E3 Correspondent

As much as I like the relative anonymity that comes with being an unfamiliar face, I feel as though a brief introduction is in order.

My name is Chris Poirier. I am a two time Windows Live MVP Award Recipient, a staff writer for TheGameReviews.com, and, like most (all?) of you here, a technology enthusiast.

What does that mean for you?

I will be LiveSide’s eyes and ears at this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles, covering the latest developments in Zune and Windows Live.  Will the Zune HD finally be unveiled?  Will further Windows Live integration be added to the next Xbox Live Dashboard Update?

Stay tuned!

Thanks for doing this. I can't help but think that this E3 will be extremely exciting.

Don't forget to give us some news on Xbox LIVE Primetime as well. ;)

I wish windows live wood do this i wood like two able see my friends from xbox and zune up windows live frame it.If chumby can do this.

www.chumby.com/.../XBoxGamerTag

Displays the Xbox Gamer Tag panel with Gamer Tile, Rep, Score, Zone, and last 5 games played.

www.chumby.com/.../Xbox%20Live%20Friends%20List

Keep track of your Xbox Live Friends - see what they are playing and when they are online. Configuration: a comma separated list of gamertags. Choose between two types of display: five or three (with more information) entries per screen.

I sould bee able see all of my music plays and friends on windows live frame it.

Speaking of meeting up, what ever happened to the Liveside Summer Party (UK) that was mentioned last year?

@Mephiles I hope to get some hands on time with Xbox Live Primetime at E3; I've heard nothing but positive things about the 1 vs. 100 beta, and hope MS will be announcing the Primetime launch as well as at least one new Primetime title.

@Paperlock I like that idea - sort of like Zune Social meets Last.FM. I don't see why that shouldn't be a possibility...

@Contz I'll be the vertically challenged guy in the Windows Live Butterfly Tour polo waiting in line at Microsoft's E3 Press Briefing ;)
